Cancellation Policy

Guest should have a government-issued photo ID (license, passport etc.) 📆 Booking Policy – N&S Signature Services At N&S Signature Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients, the following booking policies apply: 🔒 Booking Requirements Arrival window: We arrive 15–20 minutes early. Late starts: Beyond a 20-minute delay may incur a wait fee. Cancellations/reschedules: Please provide at least 7 days’ notice when possible. No legal advice: We provide ceremony and filing services only; please consult your County Clerk for license questions specific to your situation. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and may incur a $20 convenience fee. 💳 Payments Full payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices for corporate clients are due within 7 business days. ❗ Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid penalties. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the travel deposit. No-shows will be charged a $30 fee and may be denied future bookings. 🕒 Wait Time Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $1/minute wait fee will apply. Appointments exceeding 30 minutes late may be canceled at the notary’s discretion, and a no-show fee will apply. 🧾 ID Requirements A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required from all signers. We do not accept photos or copies of IDs. 📍 Mobile Service Areas Statewide Tennessee. Popular locations: Nashville–Davidson, Rutherford, Montgomery, Maury, Shelby, Knox, Hamilton, Williamson.
