📝 Apostille Services
Our apostille service is a document facilitation service only. We assist clients in properly preparing, notarizing, and submitting documents for authentication or apostille through the Tennessee Secretary of State or other issuing agencies. We do not guarantee the approval or processing timeframe of any apostille, as all outcomes are determined by the appropriate government office.
📋 Document Preparation
If you request help completing immigration, apostille, or other forms, our assistance is limited to entering information provided directly by you. We do not explain forms, provide legal interpretations, or ensure legal accuracy.
🔐 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing valid identification, reviewing all documents before submission, and verifying that documents meet the requirements of their intended use. Any errors or omissions must be reported prior to submission.
📦 Third-Party Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers or mail services. International shipping is billed separately and handled at the client’s risk unless insurance is requested.
📆 Processing Times
All timelines provided are estimates based on current government processing norms. N&S Signature Services is not liable for delays caused by government backlogs, incomplete documents, or client inaction.
